Cathode Disbonding Tester

Description/ Specification of Cathode Disbonding Tester

Cathodic disbonding is a process whereby the adhesion between the protective coating layer applied for cathodic protection(corrosion) of metal surfaces, and the metal surface is broken due to products of cathodic or corrosion reaction. When the coatings for cathodic protection reacts, corrosion starts below the coating. The cathode dis-bonding tester is a microprocessor based device that detects this dis-bonding.
